Unity In Diversity: 5 Steps to Turn Your I.D.E.A. Into Reality 

Hey all! In light of recent events, I wanted to highlight an article I wrote and published over on the AvePoint blog a few weeks ago. In it I touch on the societal unrest, racism, and systemic issues our nation has had to come to grips with.

1. IDEA Must Be a Part of Your Organization’s DNA – It Can Never Be a Flash in the Pan
