Stephanie and I have both heard stories from frustrated clients who just can’t seem to get their older users interested in moving to Office 365. They’re comfortable with knowing exactly where everything is in their current infrastructure, refuse to move away from email, and claim Microsoft Teams is for the younger generation. The funny thing is, these same employees have no problem interacting with social media apps like LinkedIn and Facebook on their smartphones!
