To have the best experience as possible, I’d like to share five practical ways on how you can make the most out of SharePoint Conference 2012:
1. Utilize MySPC
As a SPC12 attendee, you can take advantage of MySPC – it’s a conference scheduling tool that allows you to:
– Enter/update your personal profile
– Identify sessions you want to attend
– Schedule meetings
– Connect with other attendees
– Fill-out session evaluations

2. Choose Sessions, Activities and Parties Early On
At the conference, you will find more than 300 educational sessions spanning multiple tracks, a range of experience levels, and hands-on labs. These sessions cover SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 and are presented by the best and brightest in SharePoint ecosystem: members of the Microsoft team, SharePoint partners, MVPs, customers, and other industry thought leaders. So make sure you review the sessions now and using MySPC, start identifying which ones you’d like to attend.

4. Engage with the Community
The SharePoint community is like no other. It’s such an amazing, vibrant and talented group of people around the world that make up the essence of the SharePoint ecosystem. Before going to SPC12, make sure you connect with the SharePoint community on Twitter, Yammer, LinkedIn, SharePoint User Groups and SharePoint Saturdays.
While at SPC12, there will be ample opportunities to rub elbows and exchange ideas with community leaders, members and other key players in SharePoint community, starting with the official welcome reception on Sunday night, at the SharePoint Community Lounge or the SharePoint Community Hub and continuing throughout the conference.

5. Harness the Power of Social Media
