In the presentation, I demonstrated how to leverage Microsoft Project 2010 from initial planning to project closing. In addition, I demonstrated how you properly:

– Define project schedule based on a project start or finish date
– Utilize relevant project calendar
– Identify tasks and dependencies
– Enter task estimates based on duration, work or resource
– Outline resources and specify task assignments
– Track project actuals against project baseline information
– Create relevant reports for stakeholders
– Integrate with SharePoint 2010
– Manage multiple projects with shared resources
