I had the great privilege to attend and present at the recent ShareFEST Conference in Philadelphia, PA, USA. It’s amazing to see how SharePoint is being utilized in the Life Sciences industry that includes healthcare, pharmaceutical, government agencies and non-profits.
I had the great privilege to attend and present at the recent ShareFEST Conference in Philadelphia, PA, USA. It’s amazing to see how SharePoint is being utilized in the Life Sciences industry that includes healthcare, pharmaceutical, government agencies and non-profits. People from different parts of the world convened in this 2 day conference to learn how SharePoint can facilitate better document management, healthcare compliance, clinical trial collaboration, etc.

During the conference, Mike Gannotti and I hosted a live webcast on April 8 where we discussed SharePoint in Life Sciences, slate devices, SharePoint 2010 and also answered questions from the live audience and folks who joined us online. John Anderson from Bamboo Nation had a great recap of the session. Here’s the recording of the 1 hour webcast:

In addition, I presented “Don’t Curb Their Enthusiasm: Navigating from Local Applications to SharePoint as an Enterprise Platform” on Friday, April 9, 2010. Had a great crowd in spite of it being the last session of the day. Click here to download the PPT presentation. Also, here’s the recording of the session:
